Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify current

business opportunities, build strategic relationships, and contribute to the company's growth. The

ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management

skills, with an interest in cryptocurrency, fintech, or financial markets.

Key Responsibilities

● Identify and develop current business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

● Generate leads through research, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.

● Build and maintain solid relationships with potential clients, partners, and business

associates.

● Conduct meetings and presentations to explain SunCrypto's products and services.

● Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve assigned targets.





● Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful business relationships.

● Research market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the crypto and

fintech industry.

● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and relationship

management.

● Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales pipelines.

● Prepare regular reports on business development activities, conversions, and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

● 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or client acquisition.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.

● Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.

● Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.

● Knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, fintech, or financial markets will be an added

advantage.

● A proactive approach with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
