Role Description
The Call Center Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide clear, accurate information about services and processes.
Responsibilities include logging interactions in systems, resolving issues or escalating them appropriately, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
The role involves working closely with internal teams to coordinate solutions, follow call scripts and guidelines, and meet performance targets such as call quality and response times.
This is a full time, in office role based in Guwahati, requiring consistent attendance and adherence to scheduled shifts.

Qualifications
Experience in call center or customer-facing roles, including Customer Service Representative and Customer Support responsibilities.




Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction through clear communication, problem-solving, and follow-through.
Strong Interpersonal Skills, including active listening, empathy, and qualified telephone etiquette.
Basic to intermediate Computer Literacy, including use of CRM tools, call center software, email, and documentation platforms.
Good spoken and written communication skills
Ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment and manage time effectively.
Prior experience in travel, or operations-related industries is beneficial but not mandatory.
Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary or equivalent; graduation in any discipline is preferred.
