Key Responsibilities
Design structural components and assemblies using CAD tools
Perform FEA (static, modal, buckling, fatigue, thermal) and interpret results
Prepare meshing, load cases, and boundary conditions for simulations
Optimize designs for strength, weight, and cost
Create 2D drawings, BOMs, and documentation with GD&T;
Coordinate with manufacturing, testing, and cross-functional teams
Support prototype t`esting and correlate test data with analysis
Prepare technical reports and design review presentations

Required Skills
Analysis/FEA: ANSYS, HyperMesh (Abaqus, Nastran, or OptiStruct is a plus)
CAD: SolidWorks, CATIA
Robust fundamentals in strength of materials, machine design, and mechanics
Knowledge of GD&T; and engineering standards
Understanding of materials and manufacturing processes (casting, welding, sheet metal, machining)

Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech (M.Tech preferred) in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related field
Freshers with robust academic projects or internships are welcome
3–5 years of relevant experience for experienced candidates
