Job Title: Sales Executive (Inbound Calling)

Location: Dehradun , Work from Office

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Working Days: [6 days a week / Mon–Sat], [10:00 AM – 7:00 PM]

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on communication skills and interview performance)

Experience: Freshers, 0–1 year

About the Role

We’re looking for recent graduates who want to start their career in sales and stay to build it with us. As a Sales Executive, you’ll be the first voice our customers hear. You’ll handle inbound calls, understand what each customer is looking for, explain how we can help, and turn enquiries into sales. No prior experience is needed. We’ll train you on our products, sales process and tools from day one.

Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and enquiries from website, social media and ads leads
Understand each customer’s requirements and recommend the right product or service
Explain pricing, process and timelines clearly and honestly




Convert enquiries into confirmed orders or bookings
Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp until closure
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and conversions in the CRM
Coordinate with the operations team so customers get a smooth experience after booking
Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets

Who Can Apply
Positive spoken Hindi and English
Confident, polite and patient on the phone, even with difficult customers
Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets) and comfortable using WhatsApp for business
A positive attitude, eagerness to learn and openness to feedback
