Construction Project Manager - Sindhudurga

Project: 500-Bed Hospital Construction , 10 lakh SqFt

Experience: 12–18 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, preferably with project management experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end execution of the 500-bed hospital project, ensuring timely completion within approved budget and quality standards.
Manage civil, structural, finishing, MEP, HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and medical infrastructure coordination.
Monitor project schedules, critical milestones, manpower, materials, and contractor performance.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, client representatives, vendors, and statutory authorities.
Review drawings, BOQs, contracts, billing, variations, and project progress reports.
Ensure compliance with safety standards,



quality requirements, and hospital-specific technical specifications.
Conduct regular site reviews, resolve execution issues, and implement corrective measures to prevent delays.
Report project progress, risks, costs, and key decisions to senior management.

Preferred Experience: Large-scale hospital, healthcare infrastructure, or multi-storey institutional construction projects and turnkey project execution.

Key Skills: Project planning, team leadership, coordination, and execution excellence.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
