Role Description The Legal Specialist will work in a part time, remote capacity, supporting attorneys and clients with legal research, analysis, and documentation. Daily responsibilities include reviewing and preparing legal documents, identifying relevant laws and regulations, and summarizing legal issues in a clear and organized manner. The role involves providing legal consulting support under supervision, assisting with case preparation, and maintaining accurate records and files in digital systems.



The Legal Specialist will communicate regularly with internal team members to clarify requirements, track progress, and ensure that deliverables meet quality and compliance standards. This position requires consistent attention to detail, robust time management, and the ability to handle sensitive information responsibly in a remote environment.

Qualifications
Strong foundation in Law, with the ability to interpret statutes, regulations, and case law.
Experience in Legal Consulting and addressing Legal Issues in a professional setting.
Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal materials.
Effective Communication skills for collaborating with colleagues and presenting legal information clearly.
Relevant academic background in law, legal studies, or a related discipline.
High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and ethical judgment when handling client and case information.
Comfort with remote work tools, digital document management, and online legal research platforms.
