Billing Assistant – Fresher

Location: MBP, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Shift Timing: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Experience: Fresher / Entry-Level

Job Responsibilities:

Credit Control: Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients for timely collections.

Account Reconciliation: Reconcile client accounts, invoices, and payment records.

Payment Follow-ups: Contact clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp regarding pending payments.

Client Query Resolution: Address billing-related queries and coordinate with clients to resolve discrepancies.

Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of outstanding dues, payment updates, and follow-up activities.

Coordination: Work closely with the internal accounts and billing teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

Graduate in B.Com, BBA,



or any relevant field.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Valuable communication and follow-up skills.

Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Ability to manage client communications professionally.
