Job Description Infiniti Health is looking for a dynamic and responsible Executive / Sr. Executive – Insurance Hospital Desk to join our growing healthcare operations team. The role involves coordinating with patients, hospital staff, insurance companies/TPAs and internal back-end teams to ensure smooth handling of insurance-related processes and timely case updates. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with patients and hospital staff regarding insurance-related cases. - Work closely with hospital and back-end teams for smooth case processing. - Assist with insurance/TPA documentation and processing. - Follow up on approvals, documentation and claim-related requirements. - Provide timely updates to patients and hospital teams. - Ensure proper collection, verification and submission of required documents. - Maintain case records and ensure timely follow-ups.



- Resolve routine queries and coordinate with relevant teams for timely closure. Candidate Profile: - Valuable communication and interpersonal skills. - Good coordination and follow-up skills. - Basic knowledge of health insurance/TPA processes is preferred. - Ability to work in a hospital setting and interact professionally with patients and hospital staff. - Proactive, responsible and detail-oriented. - Freshers with good communication skills and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
