Job Responsibilities
Contact prospective students and specialists through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Explain HR course features, career opportunities, placement assistance, and fee structure.
Counsel students and professionals regarding suitable HR training programs.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and enrollments.
Coordinate with the training team for candidate onboarding.
Build relationships with colleges, students, and job seekers.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Candidates with telecalling, sales, customer service, or education counseling experience will be preferred.
Hindi-speaking candidates are also eligible and encouraged to apply.

Required Skills
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Ability to speak Hindi (mandatory).
Basic English communication preferred.
Confidence in handling phone calls and follow-ups.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
