Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Studio Inventory Assistant to manage stock, maintain inventory records, and ensure the smooth movement of products within the studio.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory.

Receive, count, check, and organize products in the studio.

Ensure proper tagging, labelling, and storage of products.

Track stock availability and report discrepancies or damaged items.

Coordinate with the studio, warehouse, and other internal teams for stock movement.

Assist in stock audits and regular inventory reconciliation.

Ensure products are arranged systematically and are easily accessible.





Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio inventory area.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or stock handling.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.

Positive attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to maintain accurate records and handle stock responsibly.

Valuable communication and coordination skills.
