Job Description – Procurement Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to manage purchasing activities, coordinate with vendors, negotiate prices, and ensure the timely procurement of materials. The ideal candidate should have valuable English communication skills, negotiation abilities, and basic knowledge of MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotations.
Compare quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
Prepare and process purchase orders in a timely manner.
Track orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, quotations, and other procurement documents.
Monitor stock requirements and coordinate with internal departments.




Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Resolve purchasing and delivery-related issues efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Fluent English communication is mandatory.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Solid negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Working Days: 5 days a week

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
