Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily field visits to clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, diagnostic centres and other potential referral partners.
Build and maintain qualified relationships with doctors and healthcare providers.
Promote hospital services, including OPD consultations, emergency care, ICU, diagnostics, laboratory services, pharmacy and home care, as applicable at the assigned branch.
Identify corporate organisations and approach them for employee health check-ups, medical camps and healthcare tie-ups.
Generate leads and follow up with prospective corporate clients, referral partners and other business contacts.
Coordinate health camps, community outreach programmes and hospital promotional activities.




Distribute approved marketing materials and communicate hospital service information accurately.
Maintain daily field visit reports, contact databases, lead records and follow-up status.
Coordinate with the front office and hospital teams regarding enquiries and marketing-generated leads.
Support Google Business Profile, social media promotions and other digital marketing activities when assigned.
Monitor local market activities and report competitor offers and business prospects to the Marketing Manager.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly marketing targets.
