Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide relevant information. Follow up on sales leads received through online and offline sources. Inform customers about current car models, offers, discounts and promotions. Schedule customer appointments and test drives. Generate showroom visits through effective calling. Maintain daily call records and customer databases. Follow up with customers regarding pending inquiries. Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion. Maintain skilled communication and customer satisfaction.
