About the Role :

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented and organised Coordination Associate to join our Operations team. The role involves coordinating with Experience Centres (ECs), vendors, warehouses and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, timely resolution of requests and efficient inventory management.

Key Responsibilities :
Ensure timely handling of all requests, including sales enquiries and product availability checks.




Coordinate with vendors for deliveries and track the inward receipt of materials.
Conduct regular audits across Experience Centres (ECs), prepare reports and resolve mapping-related issues.
Perform basic data analysis and manage warehouse inventory.
Handle escalations in coordination with Customer Support and Procurement teams.
Ensure smooth communication and coordination between different teams for efficient operational execution.

Requirements :
0–1 year of experience

Good communication skills
Basic data analysis skills
Comfortable working on Google Sheets
Strong coordination, follow-up and problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail and willingness to take ownership
Comfortable working 6 days a week from the office
Comfortable travelling to Experience Centres and warehouses within Bangalore.
