Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Coordinate interviews and candidate communication.
Support employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain employee attendance and HR records.
Assist with payroll inputs and HR administration.
Required Skills: Communication, coordination, organisation and basic MS Excel.
Finance & Accounts Intern
Responsibilities:
Assist with daily accounting and financial activities.
Support invoice verification and payment reconciliation.
Maintain expense and transaction records.
Assist with vendor payments and accounting entries.
Prepare financial reports using Excel.
Support monthly financial closing activities.
Required Skills: Basic accounting knowledge, MS Excel and analytical skills.
Business Development Intern
Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential stores and business partners.
Support recent store onboarding and business expansion.
Coordinate with retailers and local businesses.
Explain Soulocal's marketplace services to potential partners.
Follow up with onboarded stores to ensure activation.
Achieve assigned onboarding targets.
Required Skills: Communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
Sales Intern
Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers and business opportunities.
Support customer acquisition and sales activities.
Promote Soulocal's products and services.
Follow up with prospective customers and business partners.
Track sales performance and prepare daily reports.
Work towards assigned sales targets.
