Role & responsibilities
Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp and website enquiries from parents and students (Class 9 to graduation).
Explain AADIs psychometric assessment and counselling programmes clearly, and convert enquiries into bookings.
Follow up with leads on a regular schedule and keep the Tele CRM up to date.
Schedule assessment and counselling appointments, manage the calendar and prevent double-booking.
Coordinate reports, payments and session reminders between clients and the counselling team.
Support school tie-ups, seminars and Edu Expo events (registration, lead capture, follow-up).
Make sure every family has a warm, professional experience from first call to final session.
focus on past clients and manage their journey and regular connection with them.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline (Psychology, Education, BBA or Mass Communication preferred).
1–3 years in counselling sales, admissions, ed-tech, front office or client servicing.



Strong freshers are also considered.
Fluent spoken English and Hindi (Punjabi is a plus), with a confident, friendly manner on calls and in person.
Comfortable with targets, follow-ups and basic CRM, Excel and WhatsApp Business.
Organised, dependable and positive with parents. Should genuinely care about helping students.
Based in or able to commute daily to Sector 8, Chandigarh (Tricity candidates preferred).
