Technical KPI Validation & Report Extraction
Perform accurate data validation on key performance indicators (KPIs) across various financial systems.
Extract and verify monthly and ad-hoc reports for RM-CU (Consumer Unit) and RM-BU (Business Unit).
Ensure consistency and integrity of data sourced from multiple Mobily systems, including:
CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
BRM (Billing and Revenue Management)
IN (Intelligent Network)
Single View (Unified customer data platform)
NS (Recent Stack)
PGW (Payment Gateway)
Support audit requirements and maintain proper documentation of validation processes.
Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives related to reporting and KPI validation

Required Skills & Experience:





Solid analytical and reconciliation skills

Experience working with telecom financial or operational systems

Advanced Excel / reporting tool proficiency

Ability to handle large datasets with high accuracy

Robust attention to detail and data validation capability

Good communication skills for cross-functional coordination
