Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities
Conduct gym tours and explain membership plans, packages, and benefits to prospective clients.
Generate leads and engage with prospects through calls, emails, and walk-ins to drive membership sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the gym.
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Build robust relationships with existing members to encourage renewals, referrals, and customer retention.
Assist in executing marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events to increase membership.




Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into paid memberships.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for prospective and existing members.

Requirements
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
Customer-focused attitude with a target-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
Experience in sales, fitness, or the gym industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
