Job Description:

The Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) is responsible for handling walk-in customers at the store, understanding their needs, and selling Airtel products and services while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Attend walk-in customers at the counter.
Promote and sell Airtel products and services.
Explain plans, offers, and advantages clearly to customers.
Complete customer documentation and service activation.
Handle customer queries and resolve service-related issues.
Maintain customer records in the system.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.




Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Eligibility:
Graduation is mandatory.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Sales or customer service experience preferred. Freshers may also apply.
