Job Description – IT Executive (Junior Level)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Executive to provide day-to-day IT support, troubleshoot technical issues, maintain computer systems, and assist employees with hardware, software, network, and IT-related requirements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting to employees.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, internet, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity issues.
Manage user accounts, email setup, system access, and software installations.
Assist with antivirus updates, system security, data backups, and basic IT maintenance.
Maintain records of IT assets, equipment allocation, repairs, and software licences.
Coordinate with internet service providers and external IT vendors for technical issues.
Support the use of company software, applications, and business systems.




Ensure proper functioning of IT equipment at the Head Office and project sites, as required.
Maintain IT documentation and follow company IT policies.

Qualifications & Experience
Diploma / Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
0–2 years of relevant experience in IT support or desktop support.
Freshers with positive technical knowledge and a willingness to learn may apply.

Skills Required
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and Windows operating systems.
Understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, networking, and internet connectivity.
Knowledge of MS Office, printers, email configuration, and software installation.
Basic knowledge of antivirus, system security, and data backup.
Good troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites when required.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: As per experience, skills, and company standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
