Role & responsibilities:
Develop and manage jewellery assortments based on market demand, customer preferences, and business requirements.
Conduct market research to identify current jewellery trends, designs, price points, and customer preferences.
Strongly understand Diamond and Polki jewellery, including designs, product characteristics, and market positioning.
Support product planning, current product development, and assortment planning based on market insights.
Coordinate with design, sourcing, production, sales, and marketing teams for product development and launches.
Analyse sales and market data to identify high-demand products and assortment gaps.
Track competitor offerings, pricing, collections, and emerging jewellery trends.
Support decisions on product mix, quantities, pricing, and seasonal/collection-wise planning.
Maintain solid awareness of developments and trends across the jewellery market.
