Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic, skilled HR Executive to build and manage our corporate team. You will handle end-to-end recruitment, design company policies, manage employee performance (KPIs), and handle daily HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment: Source and onboard top talent for real estate sales, legal compliance, and operational roles.
Performance Tracking: Implement objective appraisal frameworks and incentive-driven KPIs.
HR Operations: Manage attendance, documentation,
employee grievances, and workplace engagement.
Culture: Foster an office workplace focused on accountability and continuous learning.
Requirements
Education: MBA or Post Graduate degree in HR.
Experience: 2–5 years of core HR experience (Real Estate sector background strongly preferred).
Skills: Solid communication skills, polished professional presence, and sharp negotiation capabilities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
