Required Skills & Responsibilities
Hands-on experience in LAN, WAN and WLAN.
Solid knowledge of Routing and Switching.
Configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco routers and switches.
Knowledge of VLAN, Trunking, STP, OSPF and EIGRP.
Experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and subnetting.
Firewall configuration and troubleshooting (basic to intermediate).
VPN configuration and troubleshooting.
Network monitoring and performance management.
Troubleshooting connectivity and network-related issues.
Incident, problem and change management.
Coordination with ISPs and network vendors.
Experience with network documentation and preparing RCA reports.
Ability to handle L2 escalations and ensure SLA compliance.

Mandatory Requirements
CCNA Global Certification is mandatory.
Solid hands-on experience in Cisco networking.
Practical knowledge of routing, switching and network troubleshooting.
Valuable communication and client-handling skills.
