Role Description The Argon Welder will perform precision welding tasks for water treatment systems and related structures, with a strong focus on TIG welding and argon shielding techniques. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing materials, interpreting basic technical drawings, setting up welding equipment, and executing clean, accurate welds on pipes, tanks, and structural components. The role also involves inspecting welds for quality, performing minor repairs, following safety procedures, and coordinating with the fabrication and installation teams to meet project timelines. This is a full time, in office role located in Gandhidham,



requiring consistent presence in the workshop and at client project sites as needed.

Qualifications
Solid welding skills, including TIG Welding and Argon-based Welding, with experience in precision and high-quality joints.
Proficiency in general Welding processes, including MIG Welding and Arc Welding, appropriate to industrial and fabrication environments.
Understanding of Materials used in water systems (e.g., stainless steel, mild steel, alloys) and how they respond to different welding techniques.
Knowledge of welding safety standards, use of PPE, and safe handling of gases and equipment.
Ability to read and follow basic technical drawings, schematics, and fabrication instructions.
Relevant vocational training or certification in welding; prior experience in industrial or fabrication settings is preferred.
Attention to detail, ability to work on feet for extended periods, and capability to handle physically demanding tasks safely.
Team-oriented mindset, reliable work ethic, and willingness to follow company procedures and quality guidelines.
