WERE HIRING | Structural Formwork Design Engineer – R&D;

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Experience: 4–8 Years
Budget: Up to 10 LPA
Qualification: Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering

Key Responsibilities :
Design and optimize formwork, scaffolding, falsework, and temporary works systems.
Perform structural analysis, load calculations, and stability checks.
Support R&D;, product development, prototype testing, and design optimization.
Prepare technical calculations, design reports, and engineering documentation.
Collaborate with manufacturing, product development, and project teams.

Required Skills :
Robust knowledge of structural engineering, steel design, and RCC construction.
Proficiency in STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, ETABS, and AutoCAD.
Knowledge of ANSYS and Inventor is an added advantage.
Experience with formwork systems such as PERI, Doka, ULMA, or MEVA is preferred.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and product development skills.
