Nature of Job: Installation and servicing of packaging machines

Job Responsibilities : The candidate will be responsible for installation and servicing of packing machines.

Knowledge and Skill Set Required: Positive communication skill. Should be able to speak Hindi fluently. Comfortable in Zoom and Video Calling. Basic knowledge of engineering is a must. Should be willing to work with hands.

Prefered Skill set: Troubleshooting of electrical panels. Understanding of Electro Mechanical setting. Basic understanding of Pneumatics.

Training: Training shall be provided at our factory before the candidate is deployed in the field.

Travelling Expenses : Travelling Allowance, Hotel and Travel Expenses Shall be borne by the company and shall be paid as per company policy.

Behavioural Competencies: Patience. As it is a client facing job the candidate should have a pleasing personality and should be able to work under pressure. Should be able to work in a team. Willing to learn and ask for help in case of problems. Not shy away from escalating issues. Should be able to handle false claims of customers effectively.
