Key Responsibilities
Lead technical appraisal and property assessment for LAP proposals .
Review property valuation, construction quality, marketability and collateral acceptability.
Identify technical risks, deviations, encroachments and unauthorized construction .
Review valuation reports and manage empanelled technical agencies/valuers.
Conduct property inspections and handle complex/high-value cases .
Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Sales and Operations for resolution of technical issues.
Ensure adherence to technical policies, audit requirements and prescribed TATs .
Drive valuer performance, quality checks and process improvements
