Key Responsibilities:
Prepare quotations, presentations and sales reports.
Handle customer enquiries and follow up on offers, orders and payments.
Review purchase orders, pricing, payment terms and delivery requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely production, inspection and dispatch.
Maintain sales trackers and update orders in SAP/ERP.
Requirements:
Graduate with relevant experience.
Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Valuable customer interaction, email writing and follow-up skills.
Sound knowledge of commercial terms, GST, billing and payment processes.
