Key Responsibilities
You will support new customer acquisition for projects and manage existing customers
You will assist in the preparation and costing of technical proposals and concepts in collaboration with the relevant departments, including contract negotiations
You will provide proactive and independent customer support and consulting
You will work closely with the specialized departments and the groups interdisciplinary teams
You will conduct market and competitive analyses
You will lead digital client presentations and initial project meetings based on subject-specific topics
You will maintain contacts and expand our community in the e-commerce sector
You will create specialized content for our social media channels
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and regularly monitor business opportunities.
Coordinate with production, engineering, service, and management teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and management presentations.




Develop strategies for expanding business in existing and recent domestic/international markets.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term business relationships.
Willingness to travel within India and internationally, as required.

Candidate Profile
Graduate/Postgraduate qualification in Engineering, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
15+ years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in engineering, machinery, manufacturing, automation, or industrial products.
Proven experience in B2B sales and business development.
Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
Experience in managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
Robust communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Good commercial and business understanding.
Proficiency in English communication is required.
Willingness to travel frequently for customer meetings and business development.
Knowledge of CRM, MS Office, digital marketing, and modern sales tools will be an advantage.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
