Role: US IT Recruiter

Location : Gurugram/Noida

Shifts: 9 PM to 6 AM

Work mode: WFO

Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and detailoriented US IT Recruiter with 36 years of experience to support our talent acquisition efforts for the US market. The recruiter will be responsible for managing the endtoend recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring timely closures. Prior experience in US staffing or IT hiring will be strongly preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the endtoend recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination for US IT roles
Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards (Dice, Monster, etc.), internal databases, and referrals
Experience in W2 hiring
Screen resumes and conducts initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills, experience, and role fit
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and scheduling
Maintain accurate and uptodate recruitment trackers and ATS records




Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future requirements
Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Follow defined recruitment processes and meet hiring timelines and SLAs
Collaborate closely with account managers, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to understand role requirements

Requirements & Qualifications
48 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in US IT staffing or US hiring
Handson experience in sourcing through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and other job portals
Solid understanding of IT skill sets, roles, and technologies commonly hired in the US market
Experience handling multiple requirements simultaneously in a fastpaced environment
Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment tracking
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Robust attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently
Willingness to work in US time zones (if applicable)
