Job Responsibilities
Generate recent home loan leads through field visits, referrals, and direct sales.
Identify potential customers and promote home loan products.
Build relationships with builders, real estate agents, and customers.
Explain home loan eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
Assist customers with loan applications, KYC,



and document collection.
Follow up with customers and coordinate with banking teams for loan processing.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships.

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid sales and customer-handling abilities.
Willingness to work in field sales.
Basic knowledge of banking and home loan products is an advantage.
Freshers with an interest in banking sales are welcome.
Two-wheeler preferred.
