Job Title- Sales Coordinator

Experience: 3+years

Location: Kuvadava Rajkot , Gujrat
Relevant 3+ years of experience in sales coordination, order management, export operations and sales contract, preferably within the food processing, peanuts, snacks, or agro-commodities industry.
Experience in handling product lines, preferably peanuts, packaged snacks, food products, or agro-commodities, with a solid understanding of product specifications and order requirements.
Hands-on experience in sales coordination, including order processing, order tracking, sales operations, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Proficiency in SAP SD for sales order processing, order management, delivery tracking, and related sales operations.




Experience in preparing export documentation, commercial invoices, and other shipping-related documents.
Expertise in coordinating shipments, dispatches, logistics, and transporters to ensure timely deliveries.
Knowledge of international trade terms, including FOB, CIF, CFR, and other applicable Incoterms.
Experience in coordinating with international buyers, customers, and internal stakeholders regarding order status, shipment schedules, and delivery updates.
Proficiency in preparing sales reports, order trackers, dispatch MIS, and other operational reports using MS Excel.
