About the RoleWE Excel is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Project Auditor with 2+ years of experience in project management, PMO, Agile methodologies, or project governance. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing project processes, documentation, deliverables, timelines, risks, and compliance against defined project standards.The role involves working closely with Project Managers, business teams, and other stakeholders to identify gaps, ensure process adherence, and support continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities
Review project documentation, plans, deliverables, and status reports for accuracy and completeness.
Monitor project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
Ensure compliance with project management standards, governance frameworks, and internal processes.
Assess Agile practices, including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and related documentation.
Identify process gaps, deviations, and potential risks, and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with Project Managers and stakeholders to track audit observations and action items.
Prepare audit reports,



findings, and recommendations for management review.
Support continuous improvement in project processes and governance.

Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in project management, PMO, project auditing, or project governance.
Understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and basic project management concepts.
Knowledge of project documentation, risk management, timelines, and governance processes.
Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
Ability to identify gaps, maintain attention to detail, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in IT/software development projects.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
Knowledge of project audit frameworks and process improvement practices.
