Job Summary

This is a full time in office role for an HR Recruiter located in Hyderabad. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates to fill various positions within the organization.

Responsibilities
Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins
Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through in-house data base, using job portals, referrals.
Short-listing the candidates based on the requirement.
Knowledge in end to end recruitment life cycle, understanding manpower requirements, posting jobs, Sourcing, Scheduling Training Development Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
Our ideal recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening,



interviewing and assessing candidates.
Candidate should have the 3 to 7 years experience in HR Domain
Candidate should have the Basic knowledge on Bench Sales and OPT internal Recruitment
Experience: 1 to 2 Years into HR Recruitment as well as generalist activities for IT based company.

Qualifications
Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
Knowledge of recruiting platforms and techniques
Ability to collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Willing to work in night Shifts
Experience: 1 to 2 Years into HR Recruitment as well as generalist activities for IT based company
