Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead the offline counseling teams in the assigned city.
Develop strategies to improve sales performance and meet revenue targets.
Collaborate with category heads to align goals and strategies.
Monitor and ensure counselors are meeting sales and counseling targets.




Conduct regular visits to offline centers to review performance and offer guidance.
Ensure smooth coordination between counselors and the operations team.
Support in training and development of the counseling team to enhance their skills.
Report regularly on sales progress, targets, and any challenges faced.
