Role & responsibilities
Manage mess and catering operations for students, staff and residents, ensuring food quality, hygiene, cleanliness and timely meal services.
Manage housekeeping, security, fire safety and sanitation services.
Ensure NABH, NMC and statutory compliance.
Manage vendors, AMC/CMC contracts and outsourced manpower.
Monitor facility budgets, operational expenses and maintenance schedules.
Coordinate with hospital departments, Principal, Medical Superintendent and administration.
Prepare MIS reports and ensure timely resolution of facility-related complaints.
Manage overall hospital and medical college infrastructure and maintenance.
Supervise electrical, mechanical, civil, HVAC, plumbing and utility services.




Ensure 247 availability of DG sets, lifts, medical gas pipelines, STP, ETP and other utilities.

Preferred candidate profile
8 - 10 years of relevant facility management experience.
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a multispecialty hospital or medical college preferred.
Solid knowledge of hospital / medical college Mess/ Infrastructure, engineering, utilities and facility operations.
Exposure to NABH accreditation, NMC requirements and statutory compliance.
Excellent leadership, vendor management and problem-solving skills.
