Position: Manager Project

No of vacancy: 02 Nos

Location: Mumbai and Vadodara

Key Deliverables
Ensure timely completion of projects within approved budgets and contractual requirements.
Conduct project review meetings in coordination with the engineering, production, purchase, and site team and communicate project progress, risks, and corrective actions and share periodic project update with Management.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout project execution and manage customer expectations and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
Monitor project costs against the approved budget and estimated project margins and Identify cost overruns and implement corrective measures.
Identify project risks related to material availability, design, manufacturing, logistics, and site execution, develop mitigation plans and escalate critical risks promptly.

Requirements
Qualification BE(Mechanical)
Experience 12+ years experience





Competencies
Knowledge of Conveyor systems, or other material handling equipment s.
Understanding of mechanical drawings, fabrication processes, engineering specifications, and quality inspection.
Familiarity with project scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera and ERP systems.
Knowledge of project costing, risk management, and project documentation.
Client relationship management
Project planning and execution.
Leadership and team coordination.
Problem-solving and decision-making.
Negotiation and conflict resolution.
