Role & responsibilities

Marketing & Branding • Lead the schools overall marketing and branding strategy in alignment with its mission and vision. • Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance the schools brand presence. • Ensure brand consistency across all communications, events, and visual materials. • Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, and paid advertisements. • Manage PR activities, including media relations, press releases, and school branding efforts. • Keep the Leadership and Promoter informed of all marketing initiatives, performance, and outcomes. • Draft and maintain Communication Policies, social media Policy, and Branding Guidelines to ensure uniformity and professionalism across all platforms. • Regularly update and maintain the school website with the latest events, achievements, and admission information. • Ensure the school reflects the festive spirit through thoughtful decorations, displays,



and communication visuals. • Design brochures, newsletters, and promotional materials to support marketing campaigns. • Plan and execute social media marketing strategies on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.

Preferred candidate profile

Extensive experience in marketing, admissions, and policy making

Solid PR, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience in event management, including large-scale school functions. Proven ability to manage digital marketing and social media campaigns. Familiarity with IB, IGCSE, and international school settings (preferred). Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office, and marketing tools. Willingness to travel for marketing and admissions activities. Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
