Responsible for the administration and effective daily operation of a full service branch office, including lending, product sales, customer service,
Enhance and contribute in the growth of the company through Business Development
Achieve individual and branch sales goals through recent business sales.
Prepare and review monthly activity calendar of activities for RO/RM/SM.
Ensure proper on-boarding of all new customers acquired
Conduct daily morning huddles to discuss daily plan and agenda for employees
Maintain customer relationship through sourcing and on-boarding process
Monitor DSR (Daily Sales report) on a regular basis
Mentor/Guide current joinees as well as existing branch employees.
Timely Closure of OTC and PDD.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 5 to 6 Years exp required into Home Loan/ Housing Loan
