Role Description:-
Drive customer acquisition for Business Loans through open-market sales.
Identify potential customers and generate qualified business loan leads.
Achieve business acquisition targets through effective sales strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities:-
Acquire new business loan customers through open-market activities and field visits.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable business loan products.
Follow up on leads, coordinate documentation, and support the loan application process.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Eligibility Criteria:-
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 12 months of experience in Sales or Banking preferred.
Solid communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

Salary & Perks:-
Salary: Up to 18,000 per month.
Incentives: Up to 40,000 based on performance.
