Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliances.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliations.
Ensure timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial closures.
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports and cash flow statements.
Coordinate with auditors, banks and statutory authorities.
Monitor budgets, expenses and internal financial controls.
Lead and manage the accounts team.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in Tally / ERP and MS Excel.
Positive analytical, leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage deadlines and ensure financial accuracy.

Qualification:
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance).
CA Inter (preferred).
Robust knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS and Income Tax.
Relevant skilled experience in accounting and financial management.
