Job Summary

This is a full time in office role for an HR Recruiter located in Hyderabad. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates to fill various positions within the organization.

Responsibilities
Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins
Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through in-house data base, using job portals, referrals
Short-listing the candidates based on the requirement
Knowledge in end to end recruitment life cycle, understanding manpower requirements, posting jobs, Sourcing, Scheduling Training Development Build networks to find qualified passive candidates

Qualifications
Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition




Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of recruiting platforms and techniques
Ability to collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Willing to work in night Shifts
