Sales Coordinator Wooden Flooring & Interior Solutions

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with HNI clients, architects, interior designers and large builders.
Handle sales enquiries from residential and commercial customers.
Prepare quotations, BOQs, estimates and commercial proposals.
Coordinate site visits, measurements, product samples and presentations.
Follow up with prospective clients and support order closures.
Coordinate with sales, project, installation and procurement teams.
Maintain customer databases,



sales reports and enquiry records.
Track ongoing projects and ensure timely customer communication.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing preferred.
2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination or Sales Support.
Experience in wooden flooring, interior fit-outs, construction materials, tiles, furniture or building materials preferred.
Excellent communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel, email and CRM tools.
Ability to manage HNI clients, architects and builder relationships.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience handling premium residential projects, luxury villas, architects, interior designers and large builder accounts will be preferred.
