Responsibilities
Develop and manage overall project plans and construction schedules.
Mobilize manpower, equipment, and materials in coordination with HO teams.
Monitor progress, quality compliance, and contractual adherence.
Ensure statutory compliance and implementation of QA, safety, and

environmental systems.
Manage client interface, address issues proactively, and ensure satisfaction.
Certify contractor bills and quantities accurately.
Ensure smooth project closure, handover, and demobilization.
Lead and motivate project teams, consultants, and contractors.
Allocate resources efficiently and build a cooperative, high-performing team.
Encourage accountability, ownership, and qualified conduct.
