JOB DESCRIPTION

Business Development Officer (BDO) South Kerala

Job Location: Trivandrum, Kerala

Education: Must Any graduate (B.Tech is an added advantage). MBA preferred.

Total Experience: 3 to 5 years of overall work experience. Relevant experience in sales and

marketing, preferably in a franchise-based business.

Language: Must - English and Malayalam. Desirable: Hindi

Gender: Male

Age: 24 to 33years

Key Responsibilities
Drive current student admissions across the assigned territory (10 to 15 franchisees)
Plan and execute marketing activities for the existing franchisee network.
Monitor admission progress and marketing effectiveness across assigned centres.




Undertake regular field visits across Trivandrum and Kollam.
Prepare and maintain admission and marketing reports using Excel.

Candidate Profile
Intermediate to proficient Excel skills.
Experience managing and coordinating 10 to15 franchisees will be an advantage.
Ability to prepare and analyse admission, sales and marketing reports.
Solid communication, coordination and relationship management skills.
Target-oriented approach with the ability to drive admissions and support franchisee

growth.
Willingness to travel regularly across Trivandrum, Kollam & Pathanamthitta.
