Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can independently manage client social media accounts, plan content, coordinate with internal teams and ensure consistent execution across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Instagram and Facebook accounts for multiple clients.
Develop monthly content calendars and plan posts, reels, stories and campaigns.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors and the digital marketing team.
Handle client communication, feedback and content approvals.
Ensure timely scheduling and publishing of approved content.
Monitor engagement, reach, follower growth and other social media metrics.
Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements.




Track trends and recommend relevant content ideas for client brands.

Required Skills
Minimum 1 year of hands-on social media management experience.
Experience handling business or client social media accounts.
Valuable knowledge of Instagram and Facebook.
Ability to prepare content calendars and coordinate content production.
Solid client communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates who have independently managed multiple client accounts and can demonstrate their work through social media pages, campaign examples or a portfolio will be preferred.

Work Location: Hinjewadi Phase 2, Pune. This is an on-site position.
