We are looking for a DSA Coordinator / Field Officer to manage and develop a network of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) for Personal Loan business.

The candidate will be responsible for onboarding new DSAs, generating loan business through channel partners, and helping partners use the company's digital platform (app/portal) to source and process loan applications.

Role & responsibilities
Identify, onboard and manage DSAs, connectors and loan agents.
Generate personal loan leads through DSA and direct sourcing.




Train and guide partners on using digital apps and portals for loan applications.
Business Generation Personal Loans.
Ensure regular partner activity and achieve business targets.
Follow up on loan applications, approvals and disbursements.
Build and maintain robust relationships with channel partners.
Conduct field visits to meet DSAs and resolve their queries.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline.
1 to 5 years of experience in BFSI, NBFC, Banking or Fintech.
Experience in Personal Loan Sales, DSA Management or Channel Sales preferred.
Positive communication and relationship management skills.
Comfortable with field sales, partner onboarding and business development.
Basic knowledge of digital platforms, apps and loan processing.
