Role & responsibilities Position: Asst. / Deputy Manager Project Process Engineering

Department: Projects / Process Engineering
Lead process engineering activities for hazardous chemistry projects.
Develop and review process design documents, including PFDs, P&IDs;, mass and

energy balances, and process specifications.
Perform process calculations and equipment sizing for reactors, heat exchangers,

distillation columns, and other process equipment.
Ensure process safety through HAZOP, risk assessment, and implementation of

process safety recommendations.
Coordinate with technology licensors, engineering consultants, equipment vendors,

and internal project teams.
Review technical offers, equipment datasheets, and vendor engineering documents.




Ensure compliance with process safety standards, statutory requirements, and

applicable engineering codes.
Support process optimization, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues

during project execution.
Provide process engineering support during equipment erection, pre-commissioning,

commissioning, and plant start-up.
Qualification & Experience: B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering with 6–9 years

of relevant process/project engineering experience, preferably in hazardous chemical

manufacturing.
