Role & responsibilities

Erection & commissioning of HT/LT installation like switchyard, breakers, panel, transformers, Testing and report making.
HT Motors for Mills & Fans and GRR, LRSS, MVD, APFC. Installation of Electrical utility like motor drives (AC/DC), blowers, chillers, cooling tower, air compressor and diesel generators, UPS & batteries, Material Handling equipment.
Able to handle CEIG inspection, closing the defects and submit Rectification report,
Transformer, Earth pit testing, etc. timely Training the operators on Machine handling and Continues improvement to increase operational effectiveness and ergonomics.
Knowledge of all work permit system, PRA, WRA, MHE standards, overfill protection, Periodical Check and maintain safety interlocks. Co-ordination with TNEB, TANGEDCO & EB bill processing, Knowledge in third party access, solar & wind energy.
Zero Break down & Accident through machine maintenance,
Commissioning of recent machineries as and when required to Site conditions.
Facility Management (factory buildings, fire hydrants and other assets).
Optimised Cable routing and execution work.
