Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple business functions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and workforce planning.
Source, screen, assess, and shortlist candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.
Coordinate interview scheduling and stakeholder communication.
Drive offer negotiations, candidate engagement, and onboarding processes.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs and maintain accurate ATS records.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in GCC/Middle East hiring.
Familiarity with Qatar and regional hiring practices.
Key Requirements:
End-to-end recruitment experience
Robust sourcing and stakeholder management skills
Experience hiring across multiple functions
GCC/Middle East hiring experience preferred
